This role, in partnership with the MENA Customer Service (CS) Operations, Customer Effort Reduction, and Program teams will own the standardization of metrics and reporting across MENA CS, and will conduct statistical analysis, design machine learning models, and provide recommendations for incremental, emerging, and disruptive improvements initiatives across MENA CS operations. As a Senior Insights and Analytics Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional engagements that will define strategy for improvement initiatives across MENA CS. You will help build analytical models to inform our product and operations strategy, develop new techniques to process large data sets, address quantitative problems, build dashboards that enable leaders to understand our business data, assess functional business performance, and develop targeted action plans. As an experienced data expert, you will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior members in the team. You will hold a highly visible role that requires interaction with leaders across worldwide CS Program, Product and Tech teams.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing tangible insights, business metrics, measurement systems that guide operations, projects, and programs roadmaps. You will have an opportunity to publish findings, updates, and data driven recommendations from to senior leadership across CS.

Key job responsibilities
- Design and execute analytical projects in collaboration with business, product, data engineering, finance, business analysts, and other specialists.
- Build data visualization reports and tools for self-service consumption of data, e.g.,Tableau, Quicksight.
- Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of both structured and unstructured data to help automate and optimize key processes.
- Define the business problem and solution approach autonomously with limited guidance.
- Analyze and validate data to ensure high data quality and reliable insights.
- Partner with data engineering teams to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights.
- Proactively identify opportunity areas for deep dive investigations and future program development.
- Write concise documents communicating results to stakeholders and visualize data to drive decision making

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or statistical analysis role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with SQL, data warehousing, statistical analysis tools, Microsoft Excel, and data
