Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Road

Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the design review and construction of roadworks, highways, and associated infrastructure (signage, markings, lighting, and drainage). Review drawings, technical submittals, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements and authority standards. Oversee pavement works, material testing, and quality control to ensure adherence to specifications. Coordinate with utilities, traffic management teams, and other disciplines to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth execution. Provide technical support during construction, including resolution of site-related engineering issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering. Minimum 20 years of experience in road design and construction supervision for major infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of pavement design, road safety standards, and geometric design principles. Familiarity with international standards (AASHTO, BS, DM/ADM road manuals). Proficiency in design and analysis software (e.g., Civil 3D, MX Road, InRoads).
