We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support sales goals
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Minimum 1 year of experience working in the UAE (required)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
