Job Summary:

The Senior Immigration Consultant is responsible for providing expert immigration advice and end-to-end assistance to clients for study visas, work permits, visitor visas, and permanent residency programs. The role involves managing client cases, staying updated on immigration laws and procedures, guiding junior staff, and ensuring a smooth visa application experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on immigration options, eligibility requirements, and documentation. Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries and visa categories. Prepare, review, and submit complete visa applications within timelines. Communicate with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities when required. Guide and train junior consultants and support staff. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes. Provide accurate case status updates to clients and address their queries professionally. Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets for assigned visa categories. Maintain proper records of client files and ensure compliance with company and legal standards. Participate in promotional seminars, webinars, and client counseling sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Law, Business, or related field). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in immigration consulting. In-depth knowledge of visa procedures for Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Europe. Strong communication and client handling skills. Ability to manage multiple applications and work under deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
