We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of immigration procedures and a proven track record of guiding clients successfully through complex immigration processes. This role requires leadership, expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Advise clients on visa options, residency programs, work permits, and permanent residency pathways for various countries.
Review and manage end-to-end immigration cases with accuracy and attention to legal compliance.
Train, supervise, and support junior consultants and case officers as needed.
Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws and proactively update the team and clients.
Conduct detailed consultations, assess client eligibility, and provide personalized solutions.
Liaise with legal representatives, government authorities, and embassies as required.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress in the CRM system.
Ensure high client satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration consultancy.
Strong knowledge of global immigration systems, particularly for Canada, Australia, UK, and Schengen countries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership ability and experience mentoring junior staff.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases independently.
