Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
with strong leadership skills and a proven background in immigration or related sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring that targets are met through strategic planning, training, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and client acquisition.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the performance of immigration sales consultants.
Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
Handle high-value clients and support the closing of major deals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration programs, policies, and trends.
Collaborate with marketing to align sales campaigns with lead generation efforts.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in sales management (immigration sector preferred).
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure with a target-driven mindset.
Knowledge of Canadian, Australian, UK, USA, and Schengen immigration programs is a strong advantage.
