to oversee, guide, and support our sales and operations team at Move On Immigration FZC LLC in Dubai. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Monitor daily team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure team members follow company policies, compliance standards, and ethical practices.
Allocate leads, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
Assist in resolving escalated client issues and provide solutions promptly.
Maintain accurate reports on team performance, client conversions, and overall progress.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving client satisfaction.
Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and motivate staff.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and productivity.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferably in immigration, consultancy, or sales).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
