Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ICT Expert to manage and enhance our organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining ICT strategies that support business goals, ensure cybersecurity, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ICT solutions to support business operations. Maintain and upgrade hardware, software, networks, and databases. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Oversee cybersecurity strategies to protect data and IT systems from threats. Provide technical support to staff, including training and troubleshooting. Collaborate with other departments to align ICT strategies with organizational goals. Manage ICT budgets, vendors, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Ensure data integrity, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide recommendations for innovation. Enforce compliance with data protection regulations and IT policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). Professional certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MCP/MCSE), ITIL, or CompTIA. Proven experience (10 years) in ICT roles, including network administration, systems management, or cybersecurity. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, cloud technologies, and networking systems. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM). Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools. Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulatory frameworks. Preferred fluent in Canadian, English, Russian , Italian , Australian language.
