Job Description

Job Title: Senior Human Resources Specialist Job Code: JPC - 4892 Location: Abu Dhabi Experience: 5 - 10 Years Language: Excellent in English & Arabic : To provide advice and guidance on developing workforce plans for the for-Community Contributions and to organize the organization's recruitment, payroll, and employee services processes to achieve the organization's goals.

Prepare and implement recruitment plans based on the approved budget at the for-Community Contributions.
Follow up on candidate recruitment procedures and direct the contracting process to complete all necessary documents and procedures for appointment. Participate in interviews with potential candidates for vacant positions and review the final lists of candidates, ensuring their compatibility with the required job descriptions.
Design, develop, and implement training programs based on an analysis of individual training needs, with the aim of improving employee performance requirements.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve training and development programs, processes, and systems for effective training and career development.
Review feedback mechanisms to evaluate and analyze the impact of training programs, including workplace evaluation.
