Job Description

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the entire HR function for our Sharjah operations, with a strong, non-negotiable focus on recruitment, workforce scaling, and HR operations excellence.

This role is critical to supporting the company's continued growth within the UAE real estate market. The successful candidate must be a hands-on HR leader, capable of personally driving hiring initiatives, building scalable HR systems, ensuring full compliance with UAE Labor Law, and partnering closely with senior management.

Prior experience within real estate or real estate development companies is highly preferred, due to the sales-driven, fast-paced, and project-based nature of the business.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Lead and execute high-volume recruitment for sales, engineering, finance, administration, and corporate roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and probation follow-up. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing. Lead mass hiring campaigns aligned with branch expansion and business growth plans. Design and oversee structured onboarding programs to improve retention and performance. Drive Emiratisation initiatives, ensuring compliance and effective engagement with Emirati employees.

HR Operations & Full HR Cycle



Oversee all HR operations including employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and development. Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with UAE Labor Law. Advise senior management on organizational structure, manpower planning, succession planning, and talent retention strategies. Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially. Supervise payroll coordination, attendance systems, leave management, and HR documentation. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure operational efficiency and high service standards.

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage). 8-10+ years of HR experience in the UAE, including 3-4 years in a senior HR managerial role. Strong hands-on recruitment experience, including high-volume and mass hiring. Proven experience managing the full HR operational cycle (not recruitment only). Solid and practical knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Experience in real estate or real estate development companies is highly preferred. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
