Job Description

We are looking for a robust Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources within the Middle East region, including Saudi Arabia. He/She should be able to lead, direct and develop the entire HR Team. He/ he will manage the implementation and compliance of Human Resources policies, procedures, and systems and provide expertise, support, and advice in the various Human Resources functions, which include Staffing, Hiring, Mobilisation, Compensation, Benefits, Performance management, Training and Development, Employment Law and employee relations. The ideal candidate will report to the Vice President of Human Resources, International.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire Human Resources team of the Middle East and Saudi Arabian jurisdictions.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records.
  • Ensure the ERP Human Resources System is appropriately updated and contains accurate employee data.
  • Manage the mobilisation process and the mobilisation teams.
  • Day-to-day interaction and collaboration with Senior Management and the Operations teams.
  • Provide specialist consultation to the company\'s management.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to develop the organisation\'s growth strategies.
  • Champion the onboarding process by ensuring it is high-quality and up-to-date and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.
  • Manage the region\'s annual compensation reviews.
  • Ensure the regional medical insurance plans are correctly implemented.
  • Resolve employee complaints and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Develop and implement internal HR policies as needed.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers as needed.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
  • University Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor of Arts.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Senior role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language is mandatory. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a must.
  • Previous experience within a multinational environment is essential for this role.
  • Credible experience in managing employee relations.
  • Strong ICT skills, ideally with experience in ERP/HRMS.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate & inspire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to multitask.
