We are a fast-growing
F&B group with 7 branches and 300+ employees
in Dubai, looking for aSenior HR Manager
to lead our people strategy and operations.What You'll Do:
Lead HR strategy across 7 branches and 300+ staff. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Ensure payroll, WPS, visa, and labor law compliance. Drive employee engagement, training, and retention programs. Partner with leadership on performance management and succession planning.
What We're Looking For:
8-10 years HR experience (5+ in leadership), ideally in F&B, hospitality, or retail. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, WPS, and HR compliance. Experience managing multi-branch teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
