Senior Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Senior HR to join our team within the Architecture & Planning and interior design industry. As an Senior HR , you will play a vital role in overseeing all human resources functions within our organization. This includes managing employee relations, recruitment and retention, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting and developing employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall organizational goals
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR matters, including policies and procedures, performance management, and employee relations
  • Oversee the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary
  • Administer and analyze employee satisfaction surveys, and develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and morale
  • Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics, including diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and leadership development
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including annual salary reviews, bonus plans, and benefits enrollment
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Senior HR or similar role, preferably within the Architecture & interior design industry
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and organization
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)
