at least 5 years of HSE experience

construction/EPC environments

proven ADNOC project experience
with full understanding of ADNOC HSE guidelines and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor compliance with
ADNOC HSE policies, standards, and procedures
on-site.
Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safe working practices and adherence to approved method statements and risk assessments.
Prepare and update HSE documentation including JSA, HSE plans, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Lead incident investigations, prepare incident/near-miss reports, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and client HSE representatives to ensure alignment on safety requirements.
Conduct HSE inductions, safety training sessions, and awareness programs for site personnel.
Monitor PTW (Permit to Work) system and ensure proper implementation across all activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, emergency procedures, and ADNOC regulatory requirements.
Participate in site HSE audits, inspections, and client HSE walkthroughs.
Prepare weekly/monthly HSE reports and submit them to the HSE Manager and client representatives.
Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce discipline for safety violations.
with strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards.
Professional certifications such as
NEBOSH IGC
, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent are required.
Strong knowledge of PTW, HSE management systems, emergency response, and hazard identification.
Experience preparing HSE documentation and working with multinational teams.
