Job Overview: The Senior HSE Advisor will provide proactive Health, Safety, and Environmental support to the Depot teams engaged across our Operations and Maintenance activities. Additionally, the role will support the development and coordination of training programs in line with our Zero Harm at Work mission; recognize People, Prevention, Protection, and Process (4Ps), developing policies and procedures. Investigate incidents and accidents and carry out duties as may be required by the HSE Manager. The role will report to the HSE Manager and will work closely with HSE counterparts across CAFU Petroleum Business. Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain all documentation and procedures including the HSEMS system on site. Ensure all high risk & non-routine activities are controlled by PTW system. Lead HSE officers and manage their performance & training. Create awareness among workforce and management on health and safety policy and standards. Oversee procurement and budget for HSE team. Perform site safety visits and spot inspections. Carry out internal audits and inspections. Manage B2B portfolio risk, including risk reviews for new clients, surveillance of existing projects, and complaint management. Ensure HSEMS compliance with ISO & internal management systems through audits and inspections. Minimize environmental impact by managing waste and recycling programs, and disposal permits. Develop safety training and qualification programs and conduct safety awareness campaigns. Manage incident reporting, investigation, and closure systems, and implement CA/PA measures. Success Metrics - KPIs:

Timely completion of internal audits. Enhancement of HSE culture within the organization. Training of staff. Timely completion of B2B inspections and annual HSE plan. Required Qualifications: Health and Safety Qualifications (Nebosh IGC is a must). Lead auditor training in ISO 45001/14001 & 39001. Minimum 5 years experience in the oil and gas or hydrocarbon transportation industry. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, laws, and integrated management systems. Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu. Interpersonal skills and a willingness to work at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
