Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, with at least 2 years in a senior position.
• Knowledge : Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise.
• Languages : Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
