Senior Hr Generalist
Job Description
We are a growing real estate company in Dubai seeking a HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, support HR operations, and help us build a strong and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior to senior roles
Partner with management on workforce planning and HR strategy
Manage complete employee lifecycle (hiring to exit)
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and MOHRE regulations
Handle HR documentation, contracts, warnings, and terminations
Oversee performance management, appraisals, and KPIs
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Support compensation, incentives, and retention strategies
Drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential HR records
Requirements:
Experience in Recruitment/HR (UAE real estate experience is a plus)
Strong communication and sourcing skills
Knowledge of UAE labour laws & HR processes
Proactive, organized, and people-oriented mindset
