Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding Maintain accurate employee records and HR files. Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions, advances). Manage salary advances, loans, and deductions as per company policy. Coordinate insurance additions/deletions and employee benefits. Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts. Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns. Support performance appraisal processes and disciplinary actions. Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and procedures. Assist management in HR planning and organizational development. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and management review.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Forex industry experience preferred

5-8 years of HR Generalist experience

in the UAE. Strong knowledge of

UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, visa processes, and payroll

. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR systems. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
