Recruitment & Onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions, advances).
Manage salary advances, loans, and deductions as per company policy.
Coordinate insurance additions/deletions and employee benefits.
Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts.
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
Support performance appraisal processes and disciplinary actions.
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.
Assist management in HR planning and organizational development.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Forex industry experience preferred
