We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and assertive
HR Generalist
with a solid background in UAE labor law and HR operations. This role is essential to ensure the smooth execution of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, document control, employee relations, and administrative HR tasks. The ideal candidate is passionate about HR, committed to maintaining compliance and structure, and plays an active role in fostering a professional workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
Draft and issue employment offers and contracts.
Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth joining process.
Visa & PRO Coordination:
Liaise with the PRO for visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Track and manage employee visa status and expiry dates in coordination with the PRO.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Draft and issue warning letters, memos, policy updates, and HR communications.
Ensure employee files and documentation are up-to-date and compliant.
Maintain and update employee document tracker regularly.
Monitor and enforce company policies strictly and fairly.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records both electronically and in physical files.
Support payroll processing by coordinating leave records and attendance reports.
Handle leave management (annual, sick, unpaid, short leave) accurately.
Company Document Control:
Track and renew corporate documents such as trade licenses, company insurances, lease contracts, phone and internet service packages.
Maintain records of contract expiries and ensure timely renewal action.
General HR Duties:
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws.
Continuously improve HR procedures, policies, and systems.
Actively contribute to a healthy, transparent, and compliant work culture.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent (mandatory).
Minimum
5 years of HR experience
in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements.
High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Assertive personality with the ability to enforce policies and procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Passionate about HR and driven to create a positive and efficient workplace.
