Job Description

Magnum Security is one of the leading security companies in Dubai and we are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our successful team. The candidate will play an instrumental role in implementing and managing human resource programs and policies to best achieve the organization's objectives and will make a contribution to building a successful Team.

  • Effectively executing Human Resources processes including performance management, salary planning, talent acquisition, on boarding and retention, employee relations & development, local employee related processes
  • Facilitate the on-boarding of new hires, ensuring each candidate has a positive hiring experience
  • Liaise with PRO, Office Administrators in all matters regarding immigration and mobilization requirements
  • Assist in the development and execution of Talent Management programs to support the operations strategy.
  • Manage payrolls, bonuses, fines, taking into consideration working hours, overtime.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Monitor employee morale; support and coach line managers on the Company's Disciplinary and Grievance Processes to promote fairness, consistency of approach and employee satisfaction and productivity
  • Provide consistent guidance and advice to managers on Employee relations, grievances, attendance, disciplinary and performance issues
  • Provide support and assistance on a number of HR related projects: Talent Management, Employee Surveys, Annual salary and bonus review process, Internal/External HR Audits and all other globally driven initiates
  • Assist with relevant administrative responsibilities including: Absence management system, Employment Contracts, HR Reporting, Personnel files, and HR documentation
  • Regularly assists Human Resources Department with the preparation of reports, completion of projects, and other special assignments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4 years of relevant experience working in the Human Resources function with demonstrable skills in a variety of HR disciplines
  • Strong functional Knowledge of HR Software Systems
  • Excellent computer skills (Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labor Laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
