- Recruiting & Onboarding:
Develop and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee queries, grievances, and issues while ensuring workplace harmony.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs, events, and productivity.
Promote employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, surveys, and recognition programs.
-Performance Management:
Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
Support department heads in addressing performance improvement areas.
- HR Policy and Compliance:
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and company goals.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including payroll taxes, gratuity, and employee welfare measures.
- Payroll and Benefits:
Assist in processing payroll and maintaining records of attendance, leave, and overtime.
Handle employee benefits, such as health insurance, reimbursements, and others.
- Training and Development:
Identify training needs and organize workshops, webinars, or other skill developments initiatives.
Maintain records of training programs and their effectiveness.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Office Operations:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
- Facility Management:
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of office premises.
Coordinate maintenance activities for office equipment.
- Documentation and Records:
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and administrative files.
Organize and ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents.
- Event and Travel Management:
Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and celebrations.
Handle travel arrangements for employees.
- Cost and Resource Management:
Prepare and monitor administrative budgets to control expenses.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures for office operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HUman Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree or HR certification.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role ideally within a group company or multinational.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
Proven track record of handling complex employee relations issues.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically while executing day-to-day HR functions.
Ability to multitask
