Job Description

The purpose of this position is to assist in ensuring and implementing regularity and control over UNITED GULF\xe2\x80\x99s relevant HR related requirements. The HR Executive\'s roles, responsibilities and authorities are defined in order to be incorporated into the existing HR activities. For this, UG has identified an Senior HR Executive whose roles and responsibilities are listed below. Role & Responsibility
  • Source, recruit and onboard required talent for UG across all branches
  • Coordinate, negotiate agreements with relevant recruitment agents and mobilize selected candidates across branches.
  • Make travel arrangement for transfers and business trips across branches
  • Substantiates applicants\' skills by administering relevant tests.
  • Schedules examinations, appointments and interviews.
  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment, visa and status-change data.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects records by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization and industry standards.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications of Labour laws and relevant compliance changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Compiling documents and following up with concerned staff/candidate for documents pertaining to labour and immigration / personal requirements
  • Drafting memos and communications as required; assisting in drafting polices and job descriptions
  • Maintain time and attendance, sick leaves, annual leaves, drafting disciplinarians as required
  • Updating various HR and related monitoring sheets and follow-up on document renewals as required by government regulations.
  • Supervise assigned PROs and Office Admins for their productivity and relevant outputs.
  • Proactively identifies potential HR and Business risks and recommend management with solutions.
  • Conducts and participates in HR and ISO audits. Act as MR for ISO certifications.
  • Propose process improvements time to time aligned with industry best practices.
  • Maintains professional relationship at all times with high integrity and candour.
