Job Description

Manage the complete payroll lifecycle for assigned businesses in Landmark Hospitality:

Oversee data accuracy and integrity between Time & Attendance (T&A) system and payroll data in Oracle EBS/HCM Reconcile T&A data with employee timesheets and attendance records Analyse trends and patterns in T&A data for payroll optimization Identify and resolve discrepancies between T&A data and payroll calculations Consolidation of payroll files and approvals

Perform all core payroll tasks, including:

Maintenance of employee payroll information in Oracle EBS/HCM Ensure compliance with relevant GCC labour laws, pension regulations, gratuity & leave accruals Participate in payroll system upgrades and implementation projects ie Oracle Payroll Cloud Processing monthly payroll runs, including salary calculations, deductions, and additions. Processing Full and Final settlements, leave salaries, Leave Travel Allowance as per labour law and any other payables as per Landmark policy Preparing and issuing payslips Managing payroll-related queries and issues Generating reports on payroll data Maintain accurate records of employee leave and absence management

Others:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the same or similar capacity with a large company Good understanding of HR Systems, knowledge on Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS payroll and Oracle Cloud payroll . Good communication skills - (both written and spoken) Very Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Good understanding of Local Laws and regulations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent coordination skills
