Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases
Tracking and updating employee attendance and time-off requests
Providing support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information with discretion.
Process and maintain accurate payroll records for employees.
Process employee salaries, end of service benefits, bonuses, and deductions in coordination with accounts department.
Coordinate with HR Manager for benefits enrolment, memos , and termination processes
Handle payroll queries and provide timely and accurate responses.
Handle HRMS functions such as employee creation, updating employee information in the portal, employee confirmation, employee movement, employee deactivation, etc.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation \xe2\x80\x93 including employee communication on HR services / requests
Assisting with the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
Assisting with the coordination of employee relations initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assisting with the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics.
Coordinating employee training and development programs.
Assisting with the coordination of HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion initiatives
Liaise all transactions with PRO for visa, labour card applications etc .
Prepare HR letters
Support the performance appraisal process, including the collection of feedback and data. Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Arranging and booking travel and accommodation and maintain records.
Perform other related tasks / duties as required
Skills Required:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in the Construction Industry in UAE.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Hands-on experience in visa process (MOHRE).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
