The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company\'s overall strategy and goals. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure that all employee data is kept confidential. Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance. Manage HR projects as assigned by senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master\'s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles. Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
