Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction programs.
Handle payroll, WPS, leave management, and employee benefits.
Maintain HR documentation: contracts, visas, Emirates ID, insurance, etc.
Coordinate visa applications, renewals, and work permit processes.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Support performance management, promotions, and training initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 to 6 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
UAE Labour Law
, MOHRE, WPS, and HR compliance.
Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
