Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or HRBP roles.
  • CIPD or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale change and business transformation.
  • Advanced financial and analytical skills with experience in manpower budgeting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching abilities.
