Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Senior Housekeeping Supervisor

to join and create a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3

years of proven experience

in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within the UAE's 5-star Hotel or luxury vacation home rental activities , along with a

valid UAE driver's license

. This role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team. Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and standards are consistently met. Train, mentor, and support housekeeping staff in delivering exceptional service. Monitor inventory and ensure proper usage of cleaning materials and supplies. Support the Housekeeping Manager in scheduling, budgeting, and departmental reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Optimize timing and staff members for the future cleaning jobs. Drive between locations for inspections and coordination .

Requirements:

Minimum 3

years of housekeeping supervisory or assistant manager experience

in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment in the UAE.

Valid UAE driver's license

is mandatory. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Proficient in using housekeeping software and Microsoft Office tools.
