This is a full-time onsite role that involves recruiting for positions across the healthcare industry in the MENA/ UK/ USA region. The Senior Healthcare Recruiters will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent through various methods while building strong relationships with candidates and internal business partners. They will also be responsible for organizing and attending job fairs, career fairs, and other recruiting events. The Senior Healthcare Recruiters should demonstrate a keen eye for talent while providing a positive and exceptional candidate experience. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s / Masters degree required
3-5 years of experience in a healthcare recruiting role
Should have worked in team handling, account management role
Proven track record of achieving targets
Ability to source and recruit top-tier talent through various methods
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Experience in organizing and attending Townhalls, Job fairs, career fairs, and other recruiting events and strong presentations skills
Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and internal business partners
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing quality work on tight deadlines
Excellent knowledge of recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with a diverse team
English (MUST), Arabic, German, Spanish, French (Preferred)
