Looking for a Team Leader/Sales Director with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Market. The successful candidate must have team-leading capabilities.Job Purpose: To manage the sales team and provide effective guidance. - Set weekly, monthly, and yearly targets for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meetings.
- Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective lasing with other related businesses and colleagues.
- Develop networks within the real estate industry.
