Job Description

We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at The Color Lab Salon. If you're passionate about creativity, exceptional service, and setting the standard for excellence in a fast-paced salon environment we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver high-quality hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments Conduct personalized consultations to understand and meet client needs Stay current with latest hair trends, techniques, and product innovations Mentor and guide junior stylists and salon assistants as needed Maintain salon hygiene, organization, and professional standards Ensure every client enjoys a premium, welcoming experience from start to finish
Requirements:

3-5 years of professional salon experience as a stylist Proven expertise in advanced cutting, coloring, and styling techniques Excellent communication and client consultation abilities Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Flexibility to work weekends and variable shifts Currently based in Qatar and available for immediate start
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
