Job Description

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in branding and layout design, along with hands-on involvement in social media content creation and Mailchimp campaigns. While we work with an external web development agency, the role also requires an understanding of web design to oversee and coordinate our corporate and project websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design

• Lead the design of brochures, presentations, landing pages, corporate reports and documents.
• Design posts for social media channels.

Website

• Oversee and update the company's WordPress website, including employee profiles, project pages, and blog content.
• Coordinate with the web development agency for UI/UX enhancements and functionality updates.

Email Marketing

• Design and distribute newsletters (every 3-6 months) through Mailchimp.

Printing

• Manage print and corporate collateral production from procuring quotations and samples to ensuring quality across produced materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional design experience, preferably in real estate, magazine, or corporate marketing environments.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom).
• Working knowledge of Mailchimp and WordPress (CMS).
• Strong portfolio showcasing layout design and branding.
• Excellent English communication.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
