What You'll Be Doing:

Review and comment on geotechnical factual reports submitted by developer's consultants/contractors.
Review and comment on the geotechnical interpretative reports submitted by developer's consultants/ contractors.
Review and comment on the dewatering scheme proposed by developer's consultants/contractors for deep basement excavations.
Review and comment on the constructability of temporary/permanent ground support system proposed by developer's consultants/ contractors for deep basement excavations.
Review and comment on the design and calculations for the temporary/permanent ground support system submitted by developer's consultants/ contractors for deep basement excavations.
Provide recommendations to the Client regarding the effect of proposed ground support system on the existing/future facilities and buildings adjacent to the support system.
Attending meetings with the Client, design manager, and various consultants, contractors to discuss the proposed ground support systems for deep basement excavations.
Liaise with utilities authorities to obtain their approval on the proposed ground support system for deep basement excavations.
