We are seeking a qualified Geologist to join our Geotechnical Department. The candidate will be responsible for conducting geological investigations, analyzing subsurface conditions, supporting geotechnical design, and preparing technical reports for infrastructure, construction, and environmental projects.
Conduct geological and geotechnical site investigations including soil and rock sampling, borehole logging, and geophysical surveys.
Analyze subsurface geological data to assess ground conditions and potential hazards.
Assist in planning and executing drilling and field-testing programs (e.g., SPT, CPT, permeability testing).
Interpret borehole logs, laboratory test data, and prepare factual and interpretive geotechnical reports.
Evaluate slope stability, foundation conditions, and groundwater conditions for various projects.
Collaborate with geotechnical engineers and civil engineers in developing design recommendations.
Monitor ground conditions during construction and provide on-site geological support when required.
Ensure all field and reporting work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Use GIS, AutoCAD, and geological modeling software (e.g., gINT, Leapfrog, Rockworks) for data visualization and reporting.
