Senior Fullstack Development Engineer - Digital Government**

**Location: Casablanca (onsite)**

Are you an experienced full stack developer looking for a new challenge? WeaEUR(TM)re looking for a senior full stack developer with strong experience in the Backend / core side of developement and delivering large complex SAS systems that scale to support thousands of users. You will work within a world-class development team and get involved in the design, development & deployment of various new Government systems

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, confident in their abilities, fast-paced, and able to design and build software from the ground up. We're looking for someone who can own the development of a work stream, design and write technical user stories and provide detailed code reviews.

You should feel at home with full-cycle design and standards-based development within an Oracle context, and have a solid knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Java , Python and Cloud developement.

**Minimum qualifications include the following:**

+ Minimum of 5 years of system Backend development experience is required

+ Minimum 5 years of experience working with most of the following :

+ Oracle Database and Data Modeling

+ PL/SQL, SQL, UtPlsql

+ JSON / RESTful Web Services

+ Async services

+ Cloud and SAS application design : Cloud object storage, message queuing, servless computing, StreamingaEUR(Kafka) etc

+ OCI if not then experience in AWS, GCP or Azure is OK

+ Java , (Pyhton is a plus)

+ CI/CD and automation pipelines setup

+ Database deployment automation using Liquibase

+ Experience in Front end development is a plus but not mandatory

**Other requirements:**

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals across the organization

+ Experience working with Agile development frameworks

+ Ability to mentor junior developers

+ Application development experience in government projects is a bonus

**Responsibilities**

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
