Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Senior Full Stack Developer (AI + Web Stack)

to join our growing team and lead the development of our intelligent applications from front to backend, including ML/NLP integrations and

DevOps workflows.

You will play a key role in architecting, building, and scaling our

full-stack AI platform

. The ideal candidate combines expertise in frontend development with

React & Tailwind, backend APIs with Python, experience with custom ML/NLP solutions

, and solid hands-on

DevOps and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend:

Design and build responsive user interfaces using

React.js

and

Tailwind CSS

Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver clean, dynamic frontends Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and NLP-powered features

Backend & ML/NLP:

Develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs using

Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)

Build and integrate

custom NLP pipelines

(e.g., entity extraction, intent detection, semantic search). Work with Python ML frameworks (e.g.,

spaCy, Transformers, NLTK, PyTorch, TensorFlow

) for ML tasks.

Database:

Design and maintain

PostgreSQL

schemas and queries for structured data Utilize

MongoDB

for flexible or unstructured data storage (e.g., logs, embeddings, NLP outputs).

DevOps:

Deploy and manage applications using

Docker

,

CI/CD pipelines

, and

cloud platforms

(AWS/GCP/Azure). Monitor performance, reliability, and security of applications. Automate deployments, backups, and testing.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of full stack development experience. Advanced experience with

React.js

and

Tailwind CSS.

Proficient in

Python

for backend development and ML/NLP. Proven experience building and deploying

custom NLP solutions.

Solid experience with

PostgreSQL

and

MongoDB.

Working knowledge of

DevOps tools

: Docker, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI, cloud (AWS/GCP). Strong understanding of REST API standards and microservices architecture. Familiarity with secure coding practices and performance optimization.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

Experience with

Vector Databases

(e.g., Pinecone, FAISS). Familiarity with

LLM APIs

(OpenAI, HuggingFace Transformers). Knowledge of

Kubernetes

, Terraform, or advanced cloud infrastructure. Contribution to

open-source ML/NLP

tools or

libraries.
