Design, develop, and deploy frontend components for web applications
Produce well-tested, well-documented, performance-oriented code
Establish and maintain consistent user interface branding across products and platforms
Explain or present designs and constraints to stakeholders and technical teams
Assist in supporting and troubleshooting deployed systems
Participate in code reviews focusing on performance, reliability and maintainability
Continuously learn about new technologies and help keep the team informed of industry developments and evolving best practices
Contribute to ongoing improvement of programming processes and methodology
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and at least 6 years' experience in software engineering.
High proficiency in modern JavaScript and Typescript.
Expert knowledge of building single-page applications with React.
Solid grasp of state management in frontend apps, experience working with MobX or Redux.
Experience with SVG canvas.
Experience working with WebSocket.
Experience with data table libraries. Ideally AG Grid.
Experience with data visualization libraries such as High charts.
Experience with map libraries. Ideally Map box
Experience in presenting design or user-experience recommendations to leadership for approval.
Experience in collaborating with backend developers to establish and expand API requirements.
Experience in developing secure components that do not leak, disclose, or place customer information at risk.
