Senior Foreman Finishing & Fitout

About The Job
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in interior fit out & Tile ,marble Works (preferably villas,
luxury residences and high-rise buildings ).
? Excellent knowledge of finishing materials and installation methods including:
? Joinery and fit out works.
? Gypsum ceiling and partition works.
? Painting works.
? Aluminium and glazing works.
? Ability to read layout drawings, shop drawings, and architectural finishes schedules.
? Strong site supervision skills - able to Manage Labour teams.
? UAE experience with driving License is required.
? Must have knowledge in MEP Co-ordination
? Hands-on experience in cutting, polishing, and fixing- on Marble,Tiles and Granite.
? Strong knowledge of tile, marble, and granite materials and installation techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
