, innovative educational platforms designed to enhance learning experiences. We are expanding our technical team and looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to lead and oversee our mobile app development projects.

Job Summary:

The Senior Flutter Developer will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and executing mobile application projects using Flutter. This role includes supervising junior developers, distributing and reviewing tasks, coordinating with backend and UI/UX teams, and communicating directly with clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of Flutter-based mobile applications from concept to deployment. Plan and analyze new projects and break them down into clear technical tasks. Assign tasks to junior Flutter developers and review deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with requirements. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to ensure smooth integration and project delivery. Communicate with clients to gather requirements, understand project goals, and translate them into actionable development plans. Participate in project estimation, timeline creation, and technical documentation. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices in Flutter development. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle. Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development technologies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter mobile development (iOS & Android). Strong knowledge of Dart, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations. Proven experience in project planning, task management, and mentoring junior developers. Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and state management (Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod). Ability to analyze client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience with Firebase, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Experience developing educational or e-learning applications. Familiarity with backend or cloud integration (Firebase / Node.js). Strong attention to detail and good UI/UX understanding.
