Manage and maintain flower inventory, ensuring the availability of high-quality flowers, foliage, and supplies.
Train, mentor, and supervise junior florists, providing guidance on floral design techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
Oversee the daily operations of the floral department, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and creating custom designs that exceed expectations.
Ensure the shops floral displays are visually appealing and well-maintained at all times.
Handle flower care, including conditioning, storage, and preservation, to maximize freshness and longevity.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
