Senior Florist
to lead our floral studio in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah and bring artistic flair to every bouquet and arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of florists
Design bespoke floral arrangements for events, daily orders, and corporate clients
Manage floral inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Ensure the quality and conditions of the flowers
Train junior staff and ensure quality control
Stay on top of floral trends and seasonal designs
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in floral design, with a strong portfolio
Proven leadership and management skills
Excellent eye for detail and color
Knowledge of flower care, seasonal blooms, and design techniques
Strong communication and customer service abilities
