Key Responsibilities:

for daily orders, events, and special occasions.
Introduce
creative ideas
for seasonal collections, weddings, and corporate events.
Prepare arrangements suitable for
social media promotions
(Instagram/TikTok-ready designs).
Ensure top-quality flower care and freshness.
Train and inspire junior staff when needed.
Requirements:
5+ years of florist experience
(senior/lead florist preferred).
Strong design skills with
balloons and modern floral trends
.
Highly creative with a strong eye for detail.
Social media styling experience is a plus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
