Key Responsibilities:
Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions.
Manage flower inventory, ordering, and care.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment.
Stay current with floral trends and seasonal designs.
Can work in the production.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a florist, with leadership or senior-level experience.
Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and design techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Creative, detail-oriented, and reliable.
