We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Florist to join our online flower business based in Dubai (Al Jaddaf area).
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in floral design and arrangements Strong sense of color, style, and presentation Ability to handle online orders, packaging, and event setups Team player with attention to detail and time management skills

Salary: AED 2,500 - 3,500 (based on experience)

Duties
Design and create exquisite floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations. Manage the daily operations of the floristry department, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity are maintained. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to meet customer demands. Provide expert advice to customers on floral selections, care tips, and arrangement styles. Collaborate with team members to develop merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and sales. Train and mentor junior florists in design techniques, horticultural knowledge, and customer service skills. Maintain an organised workspace that reflects the brand's aesthetic and promotes efficiency.
