We're looking for a friendly and creative Sales Florist to join our team! This role combines customer service, sales, and floral design in a fast-paced retail environment. If you enjoy working with flowers and helping customers celebrate life's moments, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting floral arrangements and plants
Create and customize floral designs for everyday and special occasions
Process sales and orders accurately (POS, phone, and online)
Maintain flower inventory and shop presentation
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Support order preparation and deliveries as needed
Qualifications
Retail sales or florist experience preferred (training available)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Creative eye and attention to detail
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Able to stand for long periods and lift some flower boxes
