Responsibilities:
Design and arrange fresh flower bouquets and floral displays.
Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants for all occasions.
Care for and maintain flowers and plants to ensure freshness and quality.
Manage stock, unpack deliveries, and keep the shop tidy and welcoming.
Support with event decorations (weddings, parties, corporate events).
Requirements:
Previous experience as a florist or strong passion for floral design.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (especially during peak seasons).
Basic knowledge of flower care and handling.
