Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a florist, including event/wedding work.
Strong design skills and understanding of color balance, trends, and modern aesthetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
Knowledge of flower care, storage, and handling techniques.
Flexibility to work weekends, peak seasons, and special events when needed.
