Compensation:

AED 2,000-2,200 monthly + company-provided transportation. Other benefits per UAE Labour Law (work visa, medical insurance, annual leave, End-of-Service).

Role Purpose:

Lead daily floral operations and design excellence. Produce premium arrangements, uphold brand standards, mentor junior florists, and meet sales, quality, and wastage targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Design & Production:

Create hand bouquets, boxes, centerpieces, wedding/event pieces, corporate subscriptions, and sympathy arrangements to brand style, SLA, and margin targets.

Deliver premium finishing: wrapping styles, ribbon/bow work, cards, and packaging.

Prepare accurate costing for custom quotes; keep recipe sheets updated.

Customer Service & Sales

Consult in-store and on WhatsApp/phone; recommend styles, stems, and upsells (vases, chocolates, balloons, cards).

Process orders accurately, coordinate payments, delivery slots, and special notes.

Resolve complaints (replacements/redeliveries) within policy.

Inventory & Merchandising

Receive, condition, and rotate stems; maintain chillers and hydration standards to reduce spoilage.

Track daily usage/wastage; conduct cycle counts; raise timely reorders with suppliers.

Set seasonal displays/window refreshes and ensure planogram/VM compliance.

Team & Operations

Coach and allocate tasks to junior florists; monitor speed, quality, hygiene, and safety.

Prepare orders for delivery--correct SKUs, tags, addresses, protective packaging; handover to drivers on time.

Maintain workstation/tools; complete opening/closing checklists and daily logs.

Compliance & Safety

Follow HSE, manual-handling, and chemical safety when using flower food/cleaners.

Apply basic food-safety etiquette when arranging near chocolate/gift items.

Adhere to company policies on grooming, uniform, phone use, and social media.

Must-Have Requirements

2-3 years' florist experience in the UAE (retail/events) with a recent portfolio/Instagram of work.

Strong knowledge of flower varieties, seasonality, conditioning, color theory, and current design trends.

Advanced wrapping/finishing (Korean/Japanese/ Russian styles an advantage).

Customer engagement and sales skills; comfortable with POS and WhatsApp Business.

Good spoken English.

Availability for shifts, weekends, and peak seasons (Eid, Valentine's, Mother's Day, weddings).

Physically fit to stand long hours and lift buckets/boxes.

Nice to Have

Wedding/event setup experience; corporate accounts handling.

Basic product photography/Canva for quick content.

Plant care knowledge (indoor potted plants).

Work Schedule & Terms

Schedule: 6 days/week; shift-based; extended hours during peaks.

Probation: 6 months (performance & behavior).

Transportation: Provided by company.

Leave: As per UAE Labour Law and company policy.

Tools & Environment

Chillers, cutters/knives, pruning shears, glue guns, floral foam, wires/tapes, ribbons, vases, boxes.

Regular cold-room exposure; PPE and safe-use training provided.
