Job Title: Senior Fit-Out Engineer (10+ Years Experience - Villas & Buildings)

We are seeking a

highly skilled and experienced Fit-Out Engineer

to join our team and lead high-end villa and building fit-out projects across Qatar. The ideal candidate will have

10+ years of proven experience in Qatar

, with a deep understanding of

luxury interiors, construction detailing, and local authority requirements

. This role is key to expanding our operations and establishing a specialized branch for premium fit-out works.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage full fit-out project lifecycle from design review to handover. Coordinate between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Supervise material selection, procurement, and installation with a strong focus on finishing quality. Ensure compliance with Qatari construction standards, health & safety regulations, and authority approvals. Resolve on-site issues efficiently and proactively. Prepare technical reports, schedules, and progress updates. Support the business in setting up and expanding the fit-out division for villas and commercial buildings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum

10 years of experience

in

fit-out works

for

villas and buildings

in

Qatar

. Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out, MEP coordination, finishing materials, and joinery works. Familiarity with Ashghal, QCDD, and other relevant local authorities. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Valid QID and Qatar Driving License preferred.
