Conduct detailed financial analysis and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis to optimize business performance.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and assist in audits.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organizational goals.
Support the implementation of financial systems, processes, and controls.
Lead a team of junior financial staff and provide guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's preferred).
Professional certifications (CTA, CMA, CPA, ADIT or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting roles.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and business operations.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
